What Drives Us

Our mission began with a deeply personal challenge. Ninad Saraf, our founder, left his practice to dive into the world of robotics rehabilitation, determined to address the pressing issues in rehabilitation technology. But as he delved deeper, he discovered a much larger problem—a glaring gap in the MedTech development ecosystem itself.

Ninad's journey through various agencies and consultants was riddled with hurdles. Despite promises and payments, the results were often disappointing or non-existent. The system lacked transparency, professionalism, and quality. Some agencies were even outright fraudulent, lacking expertise or the ability to deliver. It became clear that the MedTech development landscape, particularly in hardware development, was a complex and challenging maze to navigate.

Ninad saw a deeper issue beyond transparency: India’s lack of a robust hardware development ecosystem. Resources were fragmented, mentorship scarce, and talent hard to find. Securing funding for hardware projects was an uphill battle in an industry primarily focused on software solutions. This led to a stark underfunding and neglect of crucial HardTech innovations.

Many, despite their passion for innovation, cannot fully commit to product development due to their demanding medical practice.
